Day 19 of 31 Days of Halloween
Furness Forest Apothecary Bottles
by Leigh
My 31 Days of Halloween inspiration for you today is a SPOOKtacular
collection of Apothecary Bottles using Digi Stamps from my new Shadows Rising Collection!
Does something natural or supernatural ail you?
Make an appointment with the Witch at Furness Forest Apothecary, established in 1776, and she'll fix you right up or provide whatever curse or concoction you may seek!
My new Furness Forest Apothecary Label sets are perfect for making spooktacular Gothic styled Apothecary Bottles for your Halloween decor and more!
The portrait format labels are from the Furness Forest Apothecary Labels #1 set of 9 labels and the landscape format labels are from the Furness Forest Apothecary Labels #2 set of 6 labels.
I have an apothecary corner in my lounge where it's Halloween all year long and I had so much fun designing these labels and a treat to finally give my little collection of apothecary bottles my own customized labels. I made my vintage looking paper with Vintage Paper, Frayed Burlap and Tea Dye Distress Oxide sprays and printed the Furness Forest Apothecary Labels out onto the sheets. I then used my Silhouette Cameo 4 to fussy cut them out with an offset border and adhered them to the bottles with double sided adhesive sheets cut to size. Then a tiny bat flew in the window and landed on one of the bottles! That’s the medium sized bat from my Gothic Nightmare Catcher SVG Cutz set, I cut a lot to play with this Halloween!
