"Valentine"

My Challenge #14 Queen of Hearts inspiration for you today is a beautiful Valentine themed slimline card featuring my new Valentine 2023 Collection!
I used elements from my fabulous new "Valentine Slimline - Multi-Elements" SVG Cutz Set and the beautiful "Heart Confetti" slimline digi paper from the new "Valentine" Slimline Decorative Digi Paper Pack to make this bold and elegant slimline card.
First I made the folded card base from black cardstock and adhered the
printed "Heart Confetti" decorative paper design, printed onto white
cardstock, to the card front. Using my Silhouette Cameo 4 I cut the "heart beat slimline" overlay from black cardstock and it's matching shadow layer from white cardstock and mounted the layered slimline design to the card front with narrow foam tape to create dimension.
I then cut the solid "Heart" set from dark red, white and black cardstocks and applied Spectrum Noir Midas gold pigment ink to the edge of the red heart and to the edges of the decorative cardstock on the card front for a luxurious touch of metallic gold. I adhered the black and white mat layers together with glue, mounted the red heart on top with foam tape for even more dimension and then adhered the assembled heart to the card front.
I completed my slimline card with the layered "Valentine" sent. The overlay word was cut from another sheet of my "Heart Confetti" decorative paper and the layers cut from dark red and black cardstocks. To add another touch of gold bling to the card I replaced the dot on the "i" with a tiny gold rhinestone star.
