My inspirational make for you today is a spellbinding easel card featuring Digi Stamps and SVG Cutz from my new Shadows Rising Collection of Digi Stamps and SVG Cutz and a senti from the Once Upon a Nightmare 2021 Collection!

Lilith the Shadow Faerie Queen is center stage performing her magic!

I used my Silhouette Cameo 4 to fussy cut her out then I coloured her with Prismacolor pencils then painted her raggedy wings with Spectrum Noir clear glitter ink and glow-in-the-dark paint for lots of magical shimmer.

From a second print I fussy cut out the center rose of her crown and the center of all the roses at her base and layered the flowers up with micro foam dots to give the scene dimension and painted all the flowers and leaves with sparkle glitter ink for lots of pretty shimmer.

I also painted the “shadows rising” spell she’s conjuring with clear glitter ink and glow-in-the-dark paint.

I used my beautiful new Shadows Rising Gothic Frame SVG Cutz set to create my easel card.  In Silhouette Studio I welded 2 of the base mat layers together to form the folding easel card mechanism and cut it and the base mat layer for the card front from a 12 x12 sheet of Crafter’s Companion purple textured cardstock.

I used the Furness Forest Shadow Trees digi stamp set to create the background scene and printed it on to Distress Oxide paper done with Villainous Potion and Salvaged Patina sprays.  I then used the matching mat layer for the Gothic Frame overlay included in the Shadows Rising Gothic Frame SVG Cutz set to cut out the scene then completed the background with glow-in-the dark “stars”.

I used Scrapbook.com’s Mixed Metals black Glitter paper to cut out 2 of the Gothic Frame overlays for the easel card front and base.

I then cut a mini Gothic Frame overlay from the black glitter paper and the mat layer from the Distress Oxide paper to make my sentiment easel stopper.  The senti is from my A Wicked Compendium of Halloween Sayings and I cut the senti and a black glitter paper shadow mat layer out with my Cameo.  To create the dimensional easel stopper I adhered the mini Gothic Frame in place with foam tape and then added the senti on top with foam tape as well.  For even more wonderful dimension I used foam tape to adhere Lilith the Shadow Faerie Queen and her spell to the card front too.

Then when night falls the magic happens!

The Shadow Faeries begin casting their magic spells and Furness Forest lights up with an eerie green glow!
