I’ve got another Birthday themed card for your inspiration today🥳

I had lots of fun creating a colourful Party Hats design as my focal point using the 4 different party hats included in my Party Hats Pack🥳

In Photoshop I lined up all the hats and tilted each one at a different angle!  The 4th hat in the pack is plain so you can add your own design to it.  I added the candles from the Oddleigh Cupcake set, fun right!

I coloured the Party Hats  up with Copics and used a white gel pen for highlights.  Then die cut out the panel using a Spellbinders large deckle rectangle die.

For lots of pretty sparkle I used yellow Studio G glitter glue on the Party Hat rims, pom poms and tassles and candle flames.  I used the Happy Birthday Cuttlebug embossing folder for the card background.  For added interest I mounted the Party Hats panel onto the card with pop dots.

I’ve got another Birthday themed card for your inspiration today🥳

I had lots of fun creating a colourful candle border as the focal point of my card using the candle cluster included in the Oddleigh Cupcake set!

To create the fun candle border I repeated the candle cluster 3 times and coloured them up with Copics and used a white gel pen for highlights.

For lots of pretty sparkle I used yellow Studio G glitter glue on the candle flames.  The Tim Holtz sentiment stamp was inked with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and I used a Happy Birthday Cuttlebug embossing folder for the card background.  For added interest I mounted the candle panel onto the card with pop dots.

Oddleigh Cupcake pop-up Birthday card by Leigh!

Season’s Greetings Creative Friends!
LeighSBDesigner Val is celebrating a very special milestone birthday today🎉
I’m so proud and very lucky to have such a wonderful Mom😘. Wishing you the happiest of Birthdays full of joy, love and lots of hugs❤️

I made this pop-up Birthday card for my Mom featuring lil miss Oddleigh Cupcake and the matching  Cupcake from the Oddleigh Cupcake set.

 Here's the front of the card showing my Cupcakes piled onto a die cut cake stand.  I constructed the matching wedge shaped box envelope completely from scratch to perfectly fit the shape of the card while closed.

The magic happens when you open the card and reveal the 3D scene with a tiered pop-up Birthday cake on a the same cake stand I used on the front of the card.  The dimensional birthday cake dies, embellishment dies and decorative cardstock are all from Crafter’s Companion.

lil miss Oddleigh Cupcake is stunning in her colour cordinating finery, cupcake fascinator and a die cut gold star earring!   Isn't she the cutest!

There's an extra cupcake for even more wish making too🌟
