Tee joins us as Guest Designer today with her festive birthday card inspiration for our current Celebrations challenge featuring my quirky cute Party Balleigh Monster!

 

 

Tee coloured Party Balleigh Monster and added fun confetti sprinkles around his raised claws with Bic Markers to get the party started!  She embellished his festive party hat with a green gem then matted the Party Balleigh Monster panel onto patterned paper then mounted everything onto a smooth white card base.  Tee completed her birthday card with the stamped Jillibean Soup sentiment inked with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

What a fun and festive CAS birthday card, thanks for being our Guest Designer today Tee❤️

My Spring Blog Hop inspiration today is a fun box card I've made for my nephew's birthday this month featuring the new Clover Cluster included in the Paddy Balleigh Monster set and the Party Balleigh Monster!

 

 

These box cards are equally as fun to make as it is for your loved ones to open and I think my nephew will get a kick out of it when he receives this one later this month😁

 

 

The box card was a print and cut file included with my Silhouette Cameo 4 and I modified it to make this box card.

 

 

Party Balleigh Monster is the star of the show and he's pleased as punch and ready to party when the card pops open!  I coloured the images with Copics, Prismacolor pencils and white Dylusion paint pen hightlights.

 

 For the arch panels I created a patterned cardstock using the Clover Cluster included in my new Paddy Balleigh Monster set....it is a March birthday after all and clovers bring good luck!  I used Cracked Pistachio and Lucky Clover Distress Oxide inks to colour the panels.

 

For a touch of birthday sparkle I added some Crystal Stickles glitter glue!

As usual, so much prettier in real life!

 

 

For the side panels and both sides of the tall back panel I used a party hat patterned paper from my stash.

 

 

You can't go wrong with box cards for delivering the WOW moment when opened but they're so easy to mail out too coz they fold flat!

🎃 “Balleigh Monster Beach Party” 🎃

For today’s finale of Half-O-Ween I’ve got a card showing how Balleigh Monsters like to have a scary good time🎃  “Sun Fun” Balleigh Monster and “Party Balleigh Monster started Summer off with a beach party at Shark Cove!

These scary lil fluff balls are too stinking cute for words!

I coloured up “Sun Fun” Balleigh Monster and “Party Balleigh Monster with Prismacolor pencils and fussy cut them out.

I used Lawn Fawn stitched hillside and cloud dies to create my beach scene and enhanced the die cuts  with Distress Inks.  I also used a cloud die cut as a stencil to add some “sky clouds” under the die cut layers.

 Shark Cove had to have a shark so I drew the shark fin to add to the scene!
The Balleigh Monsters and the Sun were added to the scene with pop dots.
