We're now in the 2nd week of our SPOOKtivities so here's a quick FYI update!

Try and leave some love on the same day but to allow for our busy lives
you do have 3 days after linking up to complete your hopping
and commenting! Late and no comments isn't fun for everyone playing and not in the spirit of our Halloween Haunt Hop!

Catrina Loveleigh Kitty
Slimline Card by Val
LeighSBDesigner Val is back for Day 8 of our 31 Days of Halloween SPOOKtivities with her PURRtastic Slimline card featuring a Loveleigh
Kitty and matching senti from my new CAToWeen 2024 Loveleigh Kitties Halloween Collection.
Catrina Loveleigh Kitty is the adorable Day of the Dead themed kitty on Val's slimline card today and she's looking so beautiful in her grey, green, pink and purple colour palette.
In
Silhouette Studio Val printed and fussy cut out Catrina with an offset
border using her Silhouette Portrait 3 electronic cutting machine. She
then coloured her up with Promarkers and white gel pen details.
The "Happy Catoween" sentie is from the Catoween Senties set of 4 kitty themed Halloween digi stamp sentiments.
Val print then cut the senti in Silhouette Studio with an offset that
frames the sentiment nicely. She then matted it onto black cardstock
and fussy cut it out with scissors.
Next
she made a slimline card from heavy weight white cardstock and cut a
black mat 1/4 inch smaller. For the background panel she used a striped patterned paper from Tim's Retro Grunge paper pad which she cut 1/4 inch smaller than
the black mat.
She then adhered the layers and the sentiment to the
card with glue and used foam tape to mount Catrina kitty1 to create some fun dimension. To complete her card she embellished it with pastel green flat back pearls.
