I'm back for Day 7 of our 31 Days of Halloween SPOOKtivities with my
PURRtastic Slimline book panel featuring a Loveleigh
Kitty and matching senti from my new CAToWeen 2024 Loveleigh Kitties Halloween Collection and my wicked awesome FUNdamental Foundations Slimline Coffins Nesting SVG Cutz set for electronic cutting machines. Plus, you might have noticed already that the purple bottle is decorated

CAToWeen Loveleigh Kitty is the star of today's book panel.
She's the quintessential Halloween kitty for sure with her Witch Hat, Bat Wings, Autumn Leaves and Jack o' Lanterns all bundled up into one little package of cuteness.
I
coloured this beauty digitally in Adobe Fresco, printed her out in all her colourful glory and fussy cut her out with my Silhouette Cameo 5 electronic cutting machine with an offset white border that makes her pop nicely against the background
papers.
For lots of magical sparkle I applied Crystal Stickles glitter to her Witch Hat band and highlights, her cute heart shaped nose and her Bat Wings.
I also sparkled up her cute fluffy tail and the highlight areas on all the leaves and pumpkins.
My
31 Days of Halloween makes are going in a book I'm making so I first made a slimline 4" x 9" book panel from heavy weight black
cardstock. I used a Halloween words paper I've had in my stash forever for the background panel and cut it 1/8 inch smaller. I then edged it with Spectrum Noir Midas Gold pigment ink for a touch of
distressed metallic elegance and adhered it to
the black panel with glue.
For the mat and layered Coffin panels I used my SPOOKtacular FUNdamental Foundations Slimline Coffins Nesting SVG Cutz
set for electronic cutting machines. The set includes 7 concentric
slimline coffin mats and layers for making slimline cards, tags and
more!
I
used the 3 largest coffin SVG Cutz to create my mat and layered coffin
background and cut them out with my Silhouette Cameo 5 electronic
cutting machine on the awesome electrostatic mat.
I
cut the largest coffin from purple cardstock and hand cut a mat layer for it from white cardstock to add a touch more white to the make to match the white border around the kitty. The middle coffin is cut from black cardstock and the top coffin panel from a lime green spider and web patterned paper. I then edged all the coffin panels with Spectrum Noir Midas Gold pigment ink for more distressed metallic elegance.
I
adhered the white and purple coffin layers directly onto the slimline panel. Next I glued the top panel to the black mat and mounted those in place with black foam tape. I then adhered CAToWeen kitty in place with foam tape as well for lots of FURtastic dimension.
The "Happy Catoween" sentie is from the Catoween Senties set of 4

I opened the sentiment in Silhouette Studio and added an offset. I used the "print and cut" feature to first print the senti with my printer onto white cardstock and then fussy cut it out with my Silhouette Cameo 5. I coloured the senti with Villainous Purple Distress Ink applied with a blender brush then adhered it in place half with foam tape and half with glue to allow for the different heights of the coffin element.
To complete my make I embellished it with the large spider I die cut from black cardstock using Crafter's Companion Vintage Halloween Corner Spiderweb die set.
