LeighSBDesigner Val is back for Day 4 of our 31 Days of Halloween SPOOKtivities with her PURRtastic Slimline Card featuring a Loveleigh
Kitty and matching senti from my new CAToWeen 2024 Loveleigh Kitties Halloween Collection.
CAToWeen Loveleigh Kitty is the adorable Halloween themed kitty on Val's slimline card today.
In Silhouette Studio Val printed and fussy cut out CAToWeen with an offset border using her Silhouette Portrait 3 electronic cutting machine. She then coloured up CAToWeen with Promarkers and white gel pen details.
The "Have a Meowy Halloween" sentie is from the Halloween Kitty Senties set of 3 kitty themed Halloween digi stamp sentiments.
Val print then cut the senti in Silhouette Studio with an offset that frames the sentiment nicely. She then matted it onto black cardstock and fussy cut it out with scissors.
Next she made a slimline card from heavy weight white cardstock and cut a black mat 1/4 inch smaller. For the background panel she used a fun orange star stripe decorative paper which she cut 1/4 inch smaller than the black mat. She then adhered the layers and the sentiment to the card with glue and used foam tape to mount CAToWeen kitty to the card to create some fun dimension. To complete her card she embellished it with orange flat back pearls.
