Now for today's creeptastic creation by Me!
🎃Day 7 of 31 Days of Halloween 2019🎃
Quirkleighs CarnEvil Marionette mixed media decor!

Against your will you laugh with delight...

...as the beautiful porcelain Marionette performs her deadly dance!

Spellbound by The Puppet Master the once human girl dances forever in the Quirkleighs CarnEvil!

I coloured The Quirkleighs CarnEvil Marionette with Copics and used a white Prismacolor pencil for highlights and added metallic gold details with a gel pen.

I then completely fussy cut her out including all her hair ringlets!  She is pretty small so it took some time, patience and really good detail scissors!  I applied Judikins Diamond glaze to her fragile hair to enhance it and protect it.

Tim's zombie hand from the Cryptic Idea-ology set was sooooo perfect for my Marionette wonky house decor.  It was too long for my piece so I sawed the resin hand off at the wrist.

I tied metallic gold thread to the resin fingers and punched tiny holes into my Marionette's hands and feet, fed the threads through and secured the ends with tiny clear glue dots.  I did all of this after she was adhered into place on the wonky house.

The decorative background papers on this one are from Tim's Idea-ology Worn Wallpaper and Abandoned paper pad.  I did subtle stenciling over the worn wallpaper with Worn Lipstick and Fired Brick Distress Oxide inks and Tim's large Rays layering stencil and then grunged up both decorative paper panels with Black Soot Distress Ink.  I then applied Distress Rock Candy Crackle Paint over the inked rays through the Rays stencil.

For the bottom panel I applied the Distress Rock Candy Crackle Paint with a palette knife around the edges and followed some of the vertical lines in the pattern too.  I used a Crafter's Companion Decorative Edge die to cut the bottom edge of the decorative background panel and a black Sheena heavy weight cardstock panel to create a Big Top tent frill.  I applied Midas Gold Spectrum Noir metallic pigment ink to the edges of all the panels and then adhered the black panel to the wonky house and used foam tape to pop the wallpaper panel off of the black panel.

I made decorative panels for the sides of the wonky house using mixed media cardstock, Mustard Seed, Worn Lipstick, Seedless Preserves and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide Sprays and the faBOOlous large Pumpkin Spooks rubber stamp by Stampendous stamped in black pigment ink.  I finished off all the panel edges with Midas Gold Spectrum Noir metallic pigment ink before adhering them to the wonky house.

The wooden base for this one is an Artist's Loft piece from Michaels which I painted black.  I then applied Pebeo gold gilding wax to the base and all the edges of the wonky house for even more grungy gold bling including Tim's fun Idea-ology Quote Chip which I cut to fit the width of the decor piece.  "She was Spellbound" couldn't have been more perfect for my project!  I then used black pop dots layered up to get extra height and adhered The Marionette in place and attached all her gold threads.  I'm having so much fun creating these dramatic dimensional scenes!

The Quirkleighs CarnEvil Marionette is on FLASH SALE until midnight pacific tonight!
