When Witches go riding and black cats are near,
the moon laughs and whispers HALLOWEEN is here...
I've got a spooktacular tag to share with you today featuring my ghoulie, Oddleigh Witchiepoo!
She's on FLASH SALE until midnight pacific tonight!
I coloured Oddleigh Witchiepoo with Copics and some white gel pen highlights, plus a 2nd print of just her witch hat and then fussy cut them all out. The witch hat is layered on top of the base image with black pop dots and I blinged up her hat and boots with Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen for lots of yummy magical shimmer.
I created my background paper with mixed media cardstock coloured with Mustard Seed, Rusty Hinge, Candied Apple and Frayed Burlap Distress Oxide Sprays and the faBOOlous Pumpkin Spooks rubber stamp by Stampendous stamped in black pigment ink.
I used Tim's largest Stacked Tags die to cut the tag out of the background card and layered it onto Crafter's Companion matt black cardstock and trimmed leaving a narrow black border. Then from the same black cardstock I die cut out Tim's Bat Crazy bats, the Moonlit Owl, a Ghost Town house, a Crochet border and also a banner with a Crafter's Companion pennant die.
I stamped the Stampendous quote from their Faboolous stamp set onto the banner with Midas Spectrum Noir gold pigment ink and embossed with gold embossing powder then pounced the pigment ink around the edges of the banner.
I adhered the Moonlit Owl die cut onto the tag and trimmed away the excess then sparkled it up with Spectrum Noir clear sparkle pen. I used Spectrum Noir Inca Gold on the house and glued scraps of my Distress Oxide papers to the back to give all the windows the lit glow. The bats all got a coat of clear Rock Candy Distress Crackle paint and I also pounced the gold pigment ink onto the crochet border.
I stamped the fun Hunkydory Cat's Meow stamp with CC's gold pigment ink onto another piece of Distress Oxide coloured cardstock and embossed with PSX Black Sparkle embossing powder. Then fussy cut the kitty out leaving a narrow border. I then glued all the elements to the tag and adhered Oddleigh Witchiepie with more black pop dots so she really pops nicely off the tag. I then finished off the scene with the stars die cut from white cardstock painted with Spectrum Noir gold sparkle pen. The stars are from one of Tim's Swirling Stars dies.
