LeighSBDesigner Val is here with a gorgeous slimline Christmas card to inspire you today featuring the 
Poinsettia and Holly Slimline Card Make-a-Card SVG Cutz from my new Poinsettia and Holly Christmas Collection.
The Poinsettia and Holly Slimline Card Make-a-Card SVG Cutz set creates a wonderful contemporary slimline card with a cut in design of traditional poinsettia flowers and holly leaves and berries that will give your Christmas cards this year a wonderful unique and elegant look!

Make-a-Card SVG Cutz
The Poinsettia and Holly Slimline Card Make-a-Card SVG Cutz set comes complete with the slimline folded card base with the cut in design and Val cut hers out of green cardstock using her Silhouette Portrait 3 electronic cutting machine. She then cut out the mat layer also included in the set from red cardstock and adhered it in place inside the card so the red is visible through the design when the card is closed. Alternatively you can adhere the mat layer directly behind the design as well as decorative the inside of the card with another red panel where you can stamp your Christmas greeting and write your message.
Val then embellished the card front with Distress Rock Candy Glitter using a Quickie Glue Pen and she also added red Sakura Glitter pen detail to all the berries. She then completed her card with the senti from the A Charming Christmas Compendium of Festive Sayings which she printed and cut out with scallop scissors and then edged with Distress Oxide Festive Berries ink and more Rock Candy Glitter for lots of magical sparkle.
