I made a 6 x 6 inch top fold card from heavy weight white cardstock and cut a panel from one of the gorgeous "gold" designs included in the Poinsettia and Holly Festive Metals Decorative Digi Paper pack for the background. I applied metallic gold Spectrum Noir Midas pigment ink to the panel's edges and adhered it to the folded card.

Poinsettia Holly Snowflake Festive Garland

I've got a wonderful Christmas card tutorial to inspire you today featuring a digi stamp and decorative digi paper from my new Poinsettia and Holly Christmas Collection.
The star of my card is the wonderful Festive Robin digi stamp nestled amongst sprigs of holly and a pretty poinsettia.
I printed out 2 of them and coloured one whole image with Copics, Prismacolor pencils and embellished with white gel pen highlights.
I fussy cut out the scene leaving a narrow border and from the 2nd print I fussy cut out just the poinsettia and the holly sprig with berries to create a fun dimensional layered piece with foam tape.
I made a top fold 6 x 6 inch card from heavy weight white cardstock and cut a panel from combines traditional poinsettia and holly imagery with contemporary snowflakes that will make your Christmas cards look both elegant and whimsical! I had such fun making today's card inspiration!
I made a 6 x 6 inch top fold card from heavy weight white cardstock and cut a panel from one of the gorgeous "gold" designs included in the Poinsettia and Holly Festive Metals Decorative Digi Paper pack for the background. I applied metallic gold Spectrum Noir Midas pigment ink to the panel's edges and adhered it to the folded card.
Next I die cut a Crafter's Companion decorative poinsettia themed panel from Crafter's Companion metallic gold matte and glossy mirror cardstock and adhered it to the card front.
I used a large Crafter's Companion "Merry Christmas" metal die to cut the sentiment out of the same patterned matte and glossy mirror card with double sided adhesive applied to the back and the matching mat layered from deep red cardstock which I also embellished with gold pigment ink. I then adhered the Festive Robin and the sentiment to the card front with foam tape.
The wonderful rich gold with the deep reds combined with my traditional Robin design and decorative digi paper created a beautiful and elegant Christmas card filled with the warmth of the season.
