How did you celebrate Poe's birthday yesterday? I've been celebrating already and just finished watching The Fall of the House of Usher mini series and last night I re-watched John Cusack's movie, The Raven❤
Now for our Day 2 inspiration brought to you by Val!
Val created a POEtastic slimline card featuring my brand new Edgar Allan POE Puss digi stamp, the Raven Gothic Window SVG Cutz from the Edgar Allan Poe 2022 SVG Cutz Collection and Decorative Digi Papers from the Edgar Allan Poe 2023 Collection!
She printed out Edgar Allan POE Puss and coloured him up with Promarkers and fussy cut him out with scissors. Next she printed out papers from the "Classic Poe" Vintage Grunge Digi Paper and Vintage Grunge Digi Paper packs and used them to make the slimline card and the background of the gothic window, which was cut with a mat layer included in the Raven Gothic Window SVG Cutz set, She then cut the intricate Raven Gothic Window overlay out of black cardstock using her Silhouette Portrait 3 electronic cutting machine and adhered all the elements together to create her handsome slimline card which she then embellished with white gel pen and Sakura pen details.

The tree and ravens through the fabulous Raven Gothic Window are marvelous, Val! Another wonderful debut of Edgar Allan POE Puss, too! I haven't gotten brave enough to watch John Cusak's Poe again for fear of setting off the old tears, Leigh! But it is a really awesome movie!
