I love doing ultra 3D fussy cut layers and couldn't wait to apply this technique to my Teddy Bear Valentine Wreath. I'll be making a finished project with a tutorial later on for this one so this is just a quickie look at the wreath itself.
So much fun and super cute!
My dark side can see this one turned into a more sinister project too...mwahahahaha😈
