8th annual Gothic Valentine Hop 2025 Day 4: "We're All Mad Here" Loveleigh Kitties in Wonderland Gothic Palentine Card by Leigh

Welcome to our 8th annual Gothic Valentine CREATivities where we celebrate with inspirational makes for 4 fabulous days! "We're All Mad Here"

Gothic Palentine Card

Today is the finale of our 4 day Gothic Valentine CREATivities and I'm back with a PURRtastic Palentine make featuring my new Loveleigh Kitties in Wonderland Collection of quirky cute digi stamp Wonderland characters plus a senti.

I love how adorable the 5 of them look in this collaged group of Wonderland pals I did using the individual images and printed out two sizes of my coloured image in black and white to get the grey scale look. I used the larger print for my Day 1 make and the smaller print for today's Gothic Palentine make.

The Loveleigh Kitties in Wonderland Characters are available in a Bundle and individually:

Alice, Hatter, Queen, Cheshire and Rabbit and the Wonderland Senties and Wonderland Quotes are also available in a Bundle or individually too. The entire collection is so fun as one cohesive set for lots of Wonderland crafting adventures.

"We're All Mad Here" is one of the 7 sayings included in the Wonderland Senties set.

I did a "print and cut" with an offset using my Silhouette Cameo 5 electronic cutting machine to print and fussy cut out the senti.

I used the large circle die included in a new fancy frame die set called Floral Dream by Crafter's Companion to die cut out my cute kitties. I then used the circle die as a stencil to make a matching mat layer that's just slightly larger than the die cut. I traced the shape onto deep red cardstock and cut the mat out with scissors.

I applied Black Soot Distress Ink to the edges of the die cut circle and the senti which helped tone down the white of the cardstock and give the scene a more Gothic vibe. The only touch of colour in the collaged scene are all the hearts which I coloured with a red glitter gel pen. I also coloured the centers of the senti letters that include the tiny hearts.

The large square die cut panel is also from the Floral Dream by Crafter's Companion die set. I die cut the floral panel from black cardstock and adhered it to a mat layer I cut from a beautiful deep red glitter cardstock. I then applied Spectrum Noir Midas Gold pigment ink directly to the red circle shaped mat and the black decorative die cut panel for a touch of distressed elegance. I also embellished all 4 corners with tiny red glitter and gold peel off hearts I've had in my stash forever.

I made a 5.5 x 5.5 inch top fold card from linen textured deep red cardstock and mounted the square black decorative panel, with the red glitter mat attached, onto the folded card. I then used black foam tape to mount the circle panel to the round shaped center of the black panel and the senti to the card, which I matted onto a strip of red glitter card, for some fun dimension.
