Spring Wildflowers Inspiration: "Happy Mother's Day" Daisy Dragonfly Card by Leigh!

For today's inspiration I have a wonderful whimsical Mother's Day card for you featuring LeighSBDesigns Spring Wildflowers 2023 Collection Part 1 and Part 2.

To make my Mother's Day card I used the new fabulous Daisy Dragonfly Digi Stamp which I printed then fussy cut out using my Silhouette Cameo 4. I then coloured the whimsical design with Copics and embellished with Crystal Stickles glitter for lots of magical sparkle.

I framed Daisy Dragonfly with the smaller of the 2 wreaths included in the wonderful Wildflower Wreath SVG Cutz set which I cut out of lime green cardstock. I also cut a mat layer from the same cardstock. I embellished both with Crystal Stickles glitter as well.

The background for the scene is one of my pretty printed sheets from the "Spring Wildflowers" Decorative Digi Paper Pack which I edged with the same Crystal Stickles glitter, I love how the glitter changes colour based on the colour of the cardstock.

The "Happy Mother's Day" senti is from my Pearl Balleigh MerMonster and Senti set. I printed it then cut it out with an offset using my Silhouette Cameo 4 then edged it with the Crystal Stickles glitter.

I cut two mat layers from white cardstock and used a sheet of 6 x 6 inch Crafter's Companion decorative paper to cover a 6 x 6 inch white folded card base. I mounted Daisy Dragonfly and the Wildflower Wreath to the card front with foam tape for dimension. I then completed my card with metallic silver gems, their "dew drop" shine along with all the glitter looks like my card scene is dancing with pretty Spring sunlight!
