To create her mermazing card Val used my totally adorable Coral Balleigh MerMonster with a senti from the FantaSea Senties set and my new "Crystal Bubbles" decorative digi paper from the Blue Lagoon Decorative Digi Paper Pack to create her wonderful watery background! 

 

 

Val coloured up Coral Balleigh MerMonster with Promarkers and a white gel pen and constructed her card from Hobby Craft white cardstock and colour coordinating Crafter's Companion Green-Blue cardstock.
