8th annual Edgar Allan Poe Blog Hop 2023: Day 1 POE Flip Book by Val!

Today is Edgar Allan Poe's Birthday and National Poe Appreciation Day and as is tradition here at LeighSBDesigns we celebrate 5 glorious days of all things Poe, so here we go, time for our 8th annual Edgar Allan Poe Blog Hop!

LeighSBDesigner Val is kicking off our 8th annual Edgar Allan Poe Blog Hop in style with her handsome Poe Flip Book featuring my new Poe 2023 Collection! 
 
 
  
Val used my new Classic Poe - Vintage Grunge Digi Art Paper Pack of 6 handsome designs combined with the matching set of 4 Vintage Grunge Digi Papers to create the pages of her POE-tastic flip book.

 
She also used the fun senties included in the new Romancing Poe and Conspiracy of Ravens digi stamp sets to decorate the pages.

A closer look at all the flip book pages.
 

Val used Kraft cardstock to make her flip book page bases and black cardstock to mat all the printed digi papers and senties.  She then punched a hole in top edge of each page and assembled the flip book with black eyelash fiber.  Val decorated the book cover with a flower she made using smooth white air drying clay coloured red and black with Triblend Spectrum Noir markers with the center embellished with Tim Holtz Clear Rock Candy Glitter for a touch of sparkle.

    Fabulous book Val and superb new releases Leigh. Have bought but not sure when I will be able to use as away on holiday at the moment! Happy Poe Day!
