Goldenrain Leaf Study by Leigh
My ‘Tis the Season Blog Hop inspiration for you today celebrates Thanksgiving and the beauty of Autumn and features 1 of my new Goldenrain Leaf Study illustrations and one of the Goldenrain Leaf Collage backgrounds.
I used Nuance pigment powders and mixed media cardstock to make my watercoloured backgrounds then printed out the Goldenrain designs after adding the sentiment "Happy Thanksgiving" onto the main leaf panel in Photoshop.
I didn't add any colouring to the leaves for this one coz my right hand is still in a brace. The MRI revealed multiple tears in the ligaments so I'm seeing a specialist next week😖
Crossing everything that I just have to rest it and don't need surgery🤞
