I’ve got another Birthday themed card for your inspiration today🥳

I had lots of fun creating a colourful Party Hats design as my focal point using the 4 different party hats included in my Party Hats Pack🥳

In Photoshop I lined up all the hats and tilted each one at a different angle!  The 4th hat in the pack is plain so you can add your own design to it.  I added the candles from the Oddleigh Cupcake set, fun right!

I coloured the Party Hats  up with Copics and used a white gel pen for highlights.  Then die cut out the panel using a Spellbinders large deckle rectangle die.

For lots of pretty sparkle I used yellow Studio G glitter glue on the Party Hat rims, pom poms and tassles and candle flames.  I used the Happy Birthday Cuttlebug embossing folder for the card background.  For added interest I mounted the Party Hats panel onto the card with pop dots.
