We've got an exciting month planned for you here at LeighSBDesigns!  May is all about MerMay and Half-o-Ween in May and we're celebrating with lots of fabulous makes to inspire you and fun creativities for you to play in as well as this month's fun new Mermaid Loveleigh Kitty release, she's totally adorable and a must for fans of both Cats and Mermaids!  Of course we're still celebrating Spring too so you'll see lots more makes featuring my new Windows to Spring Collection as well!

"Have a MerMazing Day"

Mermaid Loveleigh Kitty

Slimline Card

LeighSBDesigner Val brings you some PURRtastic inspiration today in the shape of a mermazing slimline card featuring Mermaid Kitty, the newest addition to the Loveleigh Kitties Collection.

 

 

To make her beautiful slimline card Val first combined the Mermaid Kitty digi stamp with the Crystal Bubbles digi paper from the Blue Lagoon Decorative Digi Paper Pack in her art software and printed it out onto white cardstock for colouring with alcohol markers.

 

She then coloured up the adorable mermaid kitty with Promarkers in pretty coral shades and gave her blue eyes.  The pearl tiara and necklace she coloured with a silver gel pen.  She then made a slimline card out of Pink Frog smooth white cardstock and cut the Mermaid Kitty panel a bit smaller.

 

 

Val completed her slimline card with the "Have a MerMazing Day" senti, from the FantaSea Senties set which will be up in my new store on Tuesday.  She fussy cut the senti out and matted it on a shadow layer also cut from the Crystal Bubbles digi paper then adhered to the card with foam tape.

 

 

Make a splash this MerMay with Mermaid Kitty, the 8th addition to my fun collectible Loveleigh Kitties Collection!  She is a beautiful mermaid themed slimline kitty cat from her cute heart shaped nose down to her elegant mermaid tail.  She has a lovely pearl tiara upon her pretty head, a pearl necklace around her slender neck and her face and curvy body are decorated with whimsical mermaid scales.

She's the cutest MerKitty you've ever seen and a must for fans of both Cats and Mermaids!
