Jingle All the Way Inspiration: A Charming Christmas 3D Winter Snowman Ornament by Leigh

A Charming 3D Winter Snowman Ornament

My Jingle All the Way inspiration for you today is another wonderful whimsical snowman ornament featuring SVG Cutz from the "A Charming Christmas" Winter 2021 Collection❄️

 

  

On July 14 I shared the ornament on the right and now today is all about the one on the left!

I used the Snowman Charms Lace SVG Cutz and Charming Christmas Ornament Layered SVG Cutz to make both of these whimsical 3D Snowman ornaments.

Using my Silhouette Cameo 4 electronic cutting machine I cut 2 of the snowflake overlay frame included in the Charming Christmas Ornament Layered SVG Cutz set, one from heavy weight white cardstock and the second from pretty blue glitter paper and the matching mat layer included in the set out of a sheet of snowflake acetate.  I then adhered the cuts together with the acetate sandwiched between them.

 

 

 This whimsically quaint Snowman Charm is one of the 2 charms included in the Snowman Charms Lace SVG Cutz set.  To make this cutie I first cut the lace overlay frame out of blue glitter paper and the second out of silver mirror cardstock and paper pieced the silver mirror card cuts for his hat, eyes, cheek and stones.  I then applied clear dimensional glaze to all the silver pieces and Viva Pearl 3D gel in glossy orange to give the snowman his fun carrot nose.

 

 

I also cut the Snowflake overlay included in the Charming Christmas Ornament Layered SVG Cutz set out of the silver mirror card and decorated the snowflake topper with the negative cut of the snowflake and coated in with clear 3D glaze as well.

 

 

I then adhered the Snowman Charm to the the Snowflake acetate and then punched a tiny hole at the top of the snowflake and added the jump ring to hang the Snowman Ornament from a silver swirl hanger.  Then completed my wonderful ornament with a pretty tiny bow I made from white and silver ribbon.
