π Happy June Creative Friends π΅
Did you catch the release of my new Egyptian Wonder Collection on Saturday? It's truly fabulous so pop on over and check out the launch post! You can also see my entire collection of Egyptian themed digi stamps and SVG Cutz in the launch video below!
Today I've got my painting of the majestic Ta-Miu - Egyptian Cat to share with you which also features the fabulous large Hieroglyphics Background and the Kitty of the Nile senti from the Egyptian Wonder Senties set!
Ta-Miu
literally means "the girl cat" and was the name given to the cat of the
Crown Prince Thutmose who was the eldest son of Pharaoh Amenhotep III
and Queen
Tiye. I drew Ta-Miu in profile so I could depict the iconic stretched
out wings of the Egyptian goddess Isis across the entire cat and then
surround her with Hieroglyps. Ta-Miu is the 3rd cat in this series done
in this style with Cleo and Horus whereas my 4th Egyptian cat, Tangled Vampire Cat, is done in the tangle style.
Explore the mysteries of Ancient Egypt through the hot sands of time,
the colder desert nights and the cool depths of the River Nile with the
release of 7 new sets, 3 digi stamps plus a set of 10 digi sentiments, and 3 SVG Cutz file sets for electronic cutting machines for making
wonderful start to finish pyramid and slimline cards. Combine these
newest designs with my past releases and delve into
the mysteries of Ancient Egypt!
