Steampunk Serengeti Cheetah
Xtreme Slimline Card

I'm kicking off our Steampunk Serengeti Blog Hop today with my Steampunk Serengeti Cheetah Xtreme Slimline card!
This xtreme slimline card features the following from my epic new Steampunk Serengeti Collection of Digi Stamps and SVG Cutz:
I used Distress Oxide Sprays as watercolours to paint my Cheetah Steampunk Serengeti digi stamp panel and metallic gel pens in copper, gold and silver to colour the stars and enhance the Steampunk elements of the design.
All the elements used to create the oversized slimline card are included in the Steampunk Animal Print Layered Frame and Xtreme Slimline Card Cutz set.
I cut the Steampunk Animal Print frame overlay from black cardstock and the matching shadow layer from yellow cardstock.
Then mounted the layered cuts onto the 1st mat layer included in the Xtreme Slimline Card set which is cut from deep red cardstock.
The Xtreme Slimline Card set also comes with a second mat, which I cut from the same yellow cardstock, as well as a folded card base with a perforated fold. I cut the card base from heavy weight black cardstock.
The finished Xtreme Slimline card measures 3.5” x 9.9” so of course the SVG Cutz set needed a matching Xtreme Slimline Envelope. I cut mine out of a sheet of 12 x 12 inch patterned paper with an elegant vintage feel.
