LeighSBDesigner Val and my brand new "Party" BALLEIGH MONSTER kick off the Half-O-Ween party today with this spooktacular card!  How totally adorable is he in his party hat and sneakers as he toots his noise maker to declare the party started!  The cluster of music notes on the right of him is a separate digi image included in the "Party" BALLEIGH MONSTER set.
