Tangled Witch Hat is a whimsically creepy & quirky collage of tangled patterns!  The hat band is embellished with a large tooth & yes, you guessed it, there's pretty teeth petals here too!
 Smeared Ink fans will recognize these 2 tangled designs from my Autumn's Pencil rubber stamp set.  I'm pleased to now bring you them both as digis.  I changed the Witch Hat and removed all the black areas so now can colour every inch of it!
